What do I need to bring to the county election office?
You should bring a photo ID issued by the State of Montana or the federal government. If you don't have one, you can also bring a utility bill or a government document that shows your name and current address, or you can just tell the official the last four digits of your social security number.
Who is eligible to vote early?
Anyone and everyone. You don't need a specific reason to vote early.
I'm not registered yet, can I still vote?
Yes. You can register anytime between now and when the polls close on election day, except for between 12pm and 5pm the day before the election, November 3rd. However, to avoid potential problems it's recommended that you register as soon as possible, and while you're there, you might as well vote early.
Note: You cannot register at your polling place on election day. You must go to your county election office to register, but while you're there you can also vote.
Who can vote?

I haven't voted in a while, am I still registered?
If you fail to vote in two federal general elections and don't respond to confirmation mailings, your name will be removed from the voter rolls. Stop by your local election office to re-register.
